Participating members rotate periodically in the 12-seat
Council to address current matters, within the guidance of Raye's
Elements. Day-to-day tasks and communication are handled virtually by the
Office. The Hall stays always open for any community members to meet.

New admissions, resources and external sourcing, priority development.
Functioning
The Council takes on broad issues such as development, infrastructure and resources, community wellbeing, and new thought, as well as on any particular issue forwarded over by the Office.
In line with the synergic nature of the community, the Council strives to reach decisions by unanimous consent, and in no instance by less than a 2/3 majority.
Community members who are qualified to participate, as defined by our Elements, are called to serve 1-year terms in the 12-seat Council and to assemble in the Hall monthly, or as needed. In order to safeguard initial development, the Founding Group (see more in Funds › Founding Group) serves on 5 seats in the Council until such stage is deemed complete, or until the group is no longer able to serve, if earlier. However rare, fundamental matters are outside of Council's governance and require the unanimous consent of all participants across the community.
Contact
While you can always observe meetings directly, it is preferable that you forward your inquiry or ideas through the Office, by using the contact protocol and adding "Office" atop the message body.

Raye's Elements
1. A human is born into, and lives in our universe as an individual entity, and his or her natural aspiration is the state of happiness. Humans are most likely to attain their happiness by sharing the benefits, and resulting duties, of living in a community.
2. The higher the affinity among the individuals in the community, the more cohesion and mutual benefits between them. Raye aims for synergy and an advancing consciousness of its people in the pursuit of longer lasting happiness.
3. Good is a qualifier for an act that benefits the individual or the community, or both, and never at the detriment of the other.
4. Overcoming our finitude is a necessity for attaining lasting happiness and it is a personal endeavor. Raye may only observe that everything dissolves and gets reconfigured within the universal medium.
5. Concepts of goodness and afterlife stand free and outside of religious narratives. Raye does not observe any religion. An individual’s acts of self-gratification tending to these concepts are rejected.
6. Nature took hundreds of thousands of years to engrain human sub-species, or races, with distinct physical and cognitive traits. Such primordial traits, and the cultural heritage arisen from them, are similar among a cohesive community.
7. Raye seeks friendship with people of all orientations and races. Raye may not opine on those seeking the disappearance of races and of connatural nations. The universe offers infinite resources for the entire human species to reach and utilize, in peace and well-being.
8. The truth in the world is one and it is factual. The truth is not related to the amount or iterations of information. The truth may reveal a world in captivity. Seeking and living by the truth lead to a higher consciousness.
9. Gateways of information may only be owned by the community. Alteration of factual information is sanctionable.
10. Community governance is participatory, unaffiliated, and rolling, and it does not weigh on matters serving current participants. To participate, a community member must garner an account of candor and sound reasoning. Fundamental matters require the unanimous consent of the participants across the community.
11. A minimal, equal contribution by all members is necessary for the functioning of the community. Additional, voluntary contributions may not return individual benefits. The community may not incur debt. The community assists members unfit to be productive.
12. Life appears to be fulfilling a purpose of advancement into the universe, through increasingly capable forms. From within our bounds, to act in alignment with this purpose, and to marvel life, and to foster ingenuity, are seen as positive.
