1. A human is born into, and lives in our universe as an individual entity, and his or her natural aspiration is the state of happiness. Humans are most likely to attain their happiness by sharing the benefits, and resulting duties, of living in a community.
2. The higher the affinity among the individuals in the community, the more cohesion and mutual benefits between them. Raye aims for synergy and an advancing consciousness of its people in the pursuit of longer lasting happiness.
3. Good is a qualifier for an act that benefits the individual or the community, or both, and never at the detriment of the other.
4. Overcoming our finitude is a necessity for attaining lasting happiness and it is a personal endeavor. Raye may only observe that everything dissolves and gets reconfigured within the universal medium.
5. Concepts of goodness and afterlife stand free and outside of religious narratives. Raye does not observe any religion. An individual’s acts of self-gratification tending to these concepts are rejected.
6. Nature took hundreds of thousands of years to engrain human sub-species, or races, with distinct physical and cognitive traits. Such primordial traits, and the cultural heritage arisen from them, are similar among a cohesive community.
7. Raye seeks friendship with people of all orientations and races. Raye may not opine on those seeking the disappearance of races and of connatural nations. The universe offers infinite resources for the entire human species to reach and utilize, in peace and well-being.
8. The truth in the world is one and it is factual. The truth is not related to the amount or iterations of information. The truth may reveal a world in captivity. Seeking and living by the truth lead to a higher consciousness.
9. Gateways of information may only be owned by the community. Alteration of factual information is sanctionable.
10. Community governance is participatory, unaffiliated, and rolling, and it does not weigh on matters serving current participants. To participate, a community member must garner an account of candor and sound reasoning. Fundamental matters require the unanimous consent of the participants across the community.
11. A minimal, equal contribution by all members is necessary for the functioning of the community. Additional, voluntary contributions may not return individual benefits. The community may not incur debt. The community assists members unfit to be productive.
12. Life appears to be fulfilling a purpose of advancement into the universe, through increasingly capable forms. From within our bounds, to act in alignment with this purpose, and to marvel life, and to foster ingenuity, are seen as positive.
