Raye
Centrally located within the territory, Nova District is our all-new residential neighborhood. While being some 2 miles away from the Village, it could be within walking distance from the designated, main commercial site, or from the Copperline Preserve park, depending on where you live. "All-new" here means a simple grid of gravel roads, about a dozen homes at various stages of completion, and the foundations for a row of duplex housing being developed by the FG (see Funds › Founding Group). Nova would be a mixed neighborhood, consisting of "type B" homes for the most part, which come on lots between 0.5 and 1 acre. Our plain zoning allows for houses up to 3,000 sf per lot, in any style of your liking. The pre-built duplexes would be "type A" homes and range from 1,200 sf to 1,500 sf, with a yard of about 5,000 sf (prospective residents, also see Living › Dwelling)
In the south, the neighborhood is bordering the site of the future K-8 school, on Freiweg road.
